The Patio Cottage Offers:
- a comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed with cozy down duvet and pillows (man made fibres also available).
- a living-dining room with comfortable seats, a queen sized new sofa bed, an electric fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD and CD stereo, books, binoculars, hiking guides and more.
- the bathroom has a tub and shower. A hairdryer and some toiletries are provided.
- Coffee grinder, French press, blender, microwave...and a full sized gas barbecue will let you create meals from the wonderful local produce you'll find at island farms and Markets or at our two supermarkets.
This oceanview vacation cottage is set amongst arbutus, douglas firs, and lush gardens.
Suncrest is an ideal place for a retreat or for family celebrations as we can accommodate up to 8 people in our two spacious suites (please book early to reserve our two units)
BED AND BREAKFAST.
The bedroom suite—appointed with classic original art deco furnishings—has an adjacent sitting room-library, deck and bathroom. You will appreciate the comfort of the luxury queen size bed. There is an entertainment center complete with TV, DVD, VCR, CDs and Videos. The extensive library includes books on SSi history and hikes. We also provide birding information and binoculars. The sitting room has a sofa bed, a bar fridge, large toaster oven, microwave and a beverage area (coffee and tea supplies and equipment). The balcony overlooking the ocean and garden is a great place to unwind after a day of busy island activities. The BB suite is totally private as it occupies the complete second floor; it has a magnificent ocean view. Eagles and hawks often fly at eye level.
