Chrissy and Charles are pleased to invite you to Petit Paradise at Montastruc. Built in 1891 from local stone, situated on a hill, and surrounded by plum orchards, Petit Paradise has the most amazing vistas and sunsets.
We divided the house into two substantial and comfortable holiday apartments. They have access to the large elevated veranda at the rear which makes the house unique whilst still retaining privacy for both apartments. The verandah offers stunning views during the day and wonderful starscapes at night.

The pool is solar heated (14 x 6 metre) with shallow end and deep end, with steps leading into the pool, pool light. Pool patio with table, chairs and parasols, sun loungers, patio light for night time relaxing round the pool. Special tiling surrounds the pool so no one burns their feet! To ensure young children's safety, we have installed an alarm and pool-cover for the times when the pool is not in use or supervised.

We provide a welcome basket comprising basic essentials such as bread ,milk ,coffee,cheese ,butter and wine .
* We also provide dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.
* Prices are for a maximum of 5 persons.
* All prices are per week , from Saturday 16.00 PM till the following Saturday 10.00 AM.
* Prices are inclusive of electricity , water and the use of the swimming pool .
* A deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of the provisional booking.
* All linen is provided.
* Luxurious duvets/pillows , towels and tea towels are changed weekly. Also included pool-towels.
* Whilst we expect the gîtes to be tidy and clean when you leave , we don't think that spending the last day of a holiday working for over three hours makes sense so we make an additional mandatory charge of 50 Euros for the cleaning at the end of your stay to bring it to the full professional standard that you will find on arrival.
