La Constancia is a unique place located in Quebrada del Tigre in the Traslasierra valley (the valley behind the hills) at the village of San Javier. We are 195 km from the city of Córdoba and 50 km from Merlo, in the Province of San Luis.
The ranch extends through 1,200 hectares up to Cerro Champaquí (2800 meters high), and its location provides a microclimate which supports a beautiful wooded, hilly landscape, ideal for horse riding and trekking. There are many streams flowing into waterfalls, where there are lovely pools, perfect for bathing.
The manor house, sitting at a height of 1,400 meters, was built 1895, and includes a small chapel of artistic and historical interest. From the house and its neighbourhood there are many spots where a wide panorama of the Traslasierra valley can be appreciated.The fauna you may see includes pumas, foxes and hares, with majestic condors among many other bird species.
