Description

Hacienda Hato Verde is part of a large old-established dairy farm. Its elegant 120 year old farmhouse was reconstructed in 2004, with careful attention being given to its original form and style and the, preservion of its rustic materials, such as pumice-stone from the now inactive volcanoes in the area.

The country-house hotel  has nine thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, each with fireplace, bathroom, beds with white duck-feather duvets and a beautiful view of the farm. The house is also the home of the owner and his family

We can accommodate up to 18 persons.

On the farm's 35 hectares you can engage in a variety of activities, including horseback riding, biking and walking.

At the farmhouse you will receive charming hospitality and a friendly, family ambience. There is a dining room with a cosy oven where we make our own perfect  bread and pizzas; the library-bar where you can while away the evening with an exquisite bottle of wine or a selection of fine spirits, while soothing  music creates an atmosphere where the hours just melt away. Meanwhile, fine cuisine is being prepared in the kitchen and delicious tea and coffee is available around the clock.

We believe your stay at Hato Verde will be a relaxing, tranquil, and above all,  memorable one.
