Estancia Don Joaquin is located in Esquina county, Corrientes province. We learned to love the Correntinean countryside with its customs, traditions and the extraordinary force of its nature from childhood, thanks to our grandparents and our parents who passed this passion on to us.
We have the privilege of living in it with our children, following the trail our ancestors traced. Today we open its gates to share it with you.
If you are willing to enjoy our horseback promenades, take part in the varied rural activities or simply relax and sight-see, you will be welcomed personally by our family and share our country-style cuisine with its touch of sophistication.
We offer activities for those who like the outdoors and intimate contact with nature. Our activities include horseback riding in the woodland and marshes, swimming in rivers and lakes, boating, bird watching, and rural activities with the gauchos.
We built our house totally with materials from the area (bamboo cane, eucalyptus, and recycled wood) with the collaboration of the local people, aiming to minimize our impact on the environment and to restrict energy use.
The house has 8 rooms with private bathrooms, a dining room with chimney, wide halls, swimming pool, outdoor grill and mud oven .
