Description

Each of our tree houses have there own theme, as well as its own hanging style, showing the gamut of construction trends in the tree house industry. These are high-end luxury tree houses, with power, and plumbing. We serve local organic foods and offer a variety of activities to do on site and in the area. We are located near the redwood forest, ocean beaches, and the Oregon Caves National Monument.

The Cottage Tree House rents year round. It is equipped with a ½ bath and Loft, with two full sized beds, one in the loft and one below. Showers are located at the main guest facility next to the main house. There is a small refrigerator located in the Cottage and a hot pot to heat water.

The Shitake Tree House hangs on its own support beam from one tree which goes through the center of the structure. Resembling a Hanging Lantern, with a small deck that allows you to go completely around the Tree House to better enjoy the distance between you and the ground! Inside the 'window-full' Shiitake you have wonderful views from all sides - enchanting! It is equipped with two full size beds, both of which are in a loft, so you must be able to climb the ladder. There is a half bath with a partition privacy screen. This allows for some arranging to increase the floor space on the main floor. Showers are located in the Bathhouse near the main house. The Shiitake also has a small refrigerator and hot water pot. *This Tree House does have weight limitations; please inquire if your party has more than four people.

The Calypso Tree House's elaborate, angled layout exceeds any Tree House yet. Its charming Tudor style design is pure class. The Calypso took nearly two years to complete, finishing just in time for our 2008 Season.You access this Tree House by a bridge that forms a small deck around the front. Well insulated, with a heater and ceiling fan, the Calypso rents year round. It is equipped with a toilet, hot & cold water sink, a small refrigerator and a hot water pot. There is one full sized bed and a small futon that could sleep two small children, or one adult.

Open year round. $190 Sept. 8th - May 25th. $240 with two night minimum May 26th - Sept. 7th. Winter Nesting Packages for couples- Nov. - Feb. $240 - $260 per night. $20 per person, per night for over two people (if your 5th person is 3 years or younger $10.) There is a two night minimum..(A $20 cleaning fee will be applied to one night stays.). Price includes Gourmet Breakfast for your party.

Writers Retreat/extended stays in winter months negotiable. 5 to 7 day packages also in the off season, Triple Tree Trinity or Mushroom Hunters (season).

During the ‘Off Season’,(October through May, excluding some holidays) the rate is $190 per night plus tax, double occupancy. (No one night cleaning fee.) Extra persons are $10 per night, per person. Breakfast is Continental Deluxe.

*Winter Rentals are subject to Inclement Weather as per Josephine County Building and Safety. Inclement Weather is defined as 12 or more hours of sub-freezing weather during each 24 hour day. Our Treehouses meet our standards for winter rental however, to be able to offer them we must inform you of this, to comply with the criteria and maintain our conditional use permit. Please call if you have any questions about how this may effect your reservation or for our Inclement Weather cancellation policy exception.
