The upper story has a 3 bedroom apartment with access ramp to the balcony. It can be let as a s/c unit or on an individual B&B basis.
The private balcony overlooks the bay with ocean views from all 3 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite (Disabled Friendly). There is a kitchenette and spacious living area all set on a secluded and very private 100 acre allotment.
