Our Mediterranean-style home is self-built, constructed of environmentally sustainable materials, using natural timbers and finishes throughout. Our house water is rain, harvested on site, filtered and solar heated. Wetlands manage all our wastewater, where it is filtered and used for irrigation on our orchards. We aim to have as little an impact as possible on the environment.
Our olive groves, fruit and nut orchards and vegie gardens provide us with year round delicious organic food. Taste our manuka/kanuka honey from our bees or organic fruits of the season.
Our sunny, spacious bedrooms have generous ensuites. Bedrooms share a garden area with outdoor seating overlooking the bay and surrounding hills.
