We are privileged to share 60 acres of meadows and woodlands with you and over 1000 feet of private shore frontage leading onto miles of the all but deserted beach of the Bay of Fundy.
Shore Haven is a custom-built, modern house of exceptional quality, providing luxury accommodations for up to 12 people (four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms).
The main level offers over 1,000 square feet of first-class living space, wonderfully designed to capitalize on the amazing ocean views and great floods of light. The living room, dining room, and kitchen offer a spacious open-concept layout with huge windows looking out over the water. Patio doors lead from the dining area onto the large deck, complete with a gas barbecue. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, hand-crafted leaded-glass light fixtures, and original art. The gourmet kitchen with hand-built butternut cabinetry is completely equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and microwave.
The main level has two spacious bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. The master bedroom is furnished with contemporary Scandinavian teak furniture and features an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers a wonderful view of the water. The ground floor provides 2 more bedrooms (queen, twins), a 3-piece bath with superb sit-down shower, and a huge ocean-view recreation room.
A private and very charming summer house (with ocean-view deck, three-piece bath, kitchenette, a double pull-out and bunks) is also available for an extra rental fee. This is a perfect private space for large groups or a quiet retreat for reading, relaxing and listening to the roar of the surf.
At Shore Haven you'll enjoy an Eco-Vacation-By-The-Sea! You can swim in the mellow salt water, explore tidal pools, surround yourself with the sounds of the surf, walk for miles on the sculpted sand beach, enjoy pastoral fields and woodland walkways, fish for sea bass, follow our Trout Pool Brook to the very special place where it burbles gently across a sandstone shelf and cascades in a beautiful little waterfall to the sea, watch the abundant wildlife (deer, eagles, quail, pheasants, otters, ospreys, owls, rabbits, raccoons, foxes and even humming birds), and discover the old Acadian foundation near Evangeline Brook.
