Most rooms have views across open countryside to Kit Hill and the Inny and Tamar Valleys.............. * Breakfast takes full advantage of the fact that we have an excellent butcher in Launceston, Phillip Warren, who specialises in rare breeds, makes his own sausages and cures his own bacon. Eggs come from our chickens, we bake fresh bread daily, and make our own preserves, fruit compote, yoghurt and granola. We also offer locally smoked salmon and kippers................ * Three course, seasonally influenced meals are available most nights ( Nanette is a trained chef ). We focus on good quality, locally sourced ingredients, some grown ourselves, and cook them simply, with care and the minimum of fuss.
