The ancient XVI century Il Cantico della Natura has been superbly restored according to the principles of bio-construction, using salvage and recycled materials. In this way the original atmosphere has been preserved, blending perfectly with its natural surroundings of age-old olive trees, chestnut and pine woods.
The Relais Il Cantico della Natura offers hospitality in 10 very intimate and romantic rooms, a suite with lake view and 2 apartments, all with fans and air conditioning.
Named after the different months, the rooms have been furnished and decorated to reflect the changing seasons of rural life; some have baths for two (and, on request, we’ll lay on a bottle of fine local grappa and delicately scented candles!).
Typical Umbrian food is served in our beautiful restaurant, with natural and biological products from the farm and from the region; in our philosophy food is a vital nourishment for a pleasant and healthy life; guests can also have lessons on traditional cooking, by the way.
Naturally, Il Cantico della Natura has an intimate wellness centre with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness corner.
