Description

The Old Repeater Station provides an excellent base to explore the beautiful scenery and historic sites of Northumberland. Situated just a few minutes walk from Hadrian’s Wall, in the heart of Northumberland National Park, the Old Repeater Station offers 3 star Visit Britain-rated guest accommodation. It is well placed for a visit to the famous sites of Houseteads and Vindolanda (both within four miles) and the historic market towns of Hexham and Haltwhistle (eight miles). With easy access to the Lake District and Kielder Reservoir, we are ideally situated for walkers and cyclists. Drivers can leave their car here to visit sites along the Wall. The Hadrian's Wall Bus Service, which calls at all the main Roman sites, passes the front door. Enquiries are welcomed from Companies who wish to arrange Workshops and Seminars which could include outdoor pursuits such as walking or cycling.

We have five bedrooms with a choice of bunk beds and en-suite twin rooms. Charges range from £20 per person per night for a shared bunk bed room to £30 per person per night for an en-suite room. This includes a full English breakfast or your choice of Continental style breakfast. Hadrian's Wall holiday accommodation block bookings are catered for and a quotation will be given on request. We also provide a licensed bar, cafe facilities, packed lunches, lunch and dinner.
