Negev Eco Lodge was created in the "old fashioned" way, using our hands and our bodies.
We have 7 environmentally friendly huts which were built from home-made mud bricks, straw, and a mud plaster finish. The huts are well-suited to the environment and offer a surprisingly comfortable stay for up to 6 people. Each hut has an attached toilet, shower (24 hour solar-heated hot water), tea/coffee self catering facilities, private outdoor sitting area and a bonfire area with wood supply. Every ecohut has an uninterrupted view of the Negev desert landscape, which contributes to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
A well-equipped central kitchen is available at our Desert Khan (desert inn) for the use of the lodge guests. Summer and winter, guests can enjoy a dip in our refreshing desert pool.
The private huts are suitable for couples, families, or a party of friends of up to 6 people in each. In addition we provide mixed dorm accommodations.
Negev Eco Lodge also offers various workshops - star observation, mud construction and more.
We have travelled far from home many times, and now we are glad to share the experience of our beautiful Negev Desert with friends from distant lands.
